Inconsistency simulated vs actual data

Postby Robert » Thu Nov 03, 2016 4:36 pm

Dear all,

Sorry to bother you with this very basic question, but I might have a problem with my simulated data.

I have noticed when I compare my simulated with the (detrended) actual data, the simulated data seems to be off by factor 100. Only if I multiply the simulated data by 100 it is possible to plot them both in one chart due to the different scale. Do you have any idea what could trigger this problem?

Many thanks in advance for your help!

Robert

Usually this is a matter of scaling shocks with 100.
