Is it possible to recover the realizations of the parameters in each replication of the MH algorithm?

i am not sure if i understand you correctly.
but all draws are saved in mat files in the current directory when you do MCMC. they are named Filename_mh#
you can easily concatenate them and seee your individual series or posterior.

I have just realized that and I was having a look at them. It seems that for each block there are two files with the draws in order.
