Dear all,
i'm a new user of dynare. In order to learn more about it, i'm trying to simulate and estimate a model that i've used in my masterthesis. When i try to do the job by myself(i mean i code everthing), everything is ok. When i let dynare do the job, i get some troubles, precisely about my initial values in the computation of the steady state :
'' ?? Error using ==> lnsrch1
Some element of Newton direction isn't finite. Jacobian maybe singular or there is a problem with initial values.""
In the .mod file, i put some comments. They may facilitate your help.
Thank you very much for your help.
