Help with Dynare!

I've been working with Dynare for about 1 month and i'd like to know if there is any possibility of making a kind of "macro" in Matlab so that it can load determined values from an Excel sheet to the initial values (initval;) of the *.mod file. Do you know if there is a more automatic way to load new initial values instead of changing them one at a time?.
