Specifying initial values for optimisation

is it possible to specify the initial values for the posterior optimiser to start with, in a separate vector, instead of using the syntax in the estimated_params section
tay_output_us,1.2 ,,, GAMMA_PDF,0.50,0.2500 ;
that is
can i give the 1.2 in a separate file or matrix?
