Blanchard-Kahn in a two-country set up

Postby pens » Mon Jun 09, 2008 4:04 pm

Hello,

I am simulating a two-country model with capital mobility. I must have done some mistake in modelling capital mobility, as Dynare tells me that the rank condition is verified, is able to compute the steady state, but fails at delivering the dynamics. The error message is

??? Error using ==> print_info
Blanchard Kahn conditions are not satisfied: indeterminacy

Is there any timing mistake, or the like in the code?

I use Dynare 3.065.
