Hi,
here is what happened trying to download the Dynare source file as described in the wiki page

apt-src install dynare
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Need to get 7320kB of source archives.
Err http://www.dynare.org hardy/main dynare 4.0.0 (dsc)
404 Not Found
Err http://www.dynare.org hardy/main dynare 4.0.0 (tar)
404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://www.dynare.org/ubuntu/pool/main/dynare_4.0.0.dsc 404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://www.dynare.org/ubuntu/pool/main/ ... 0.0.tar.gz 404 Not Found
E: Failed to fetch some archives.
E: Failed to download dynare

This is due to a change in the architecture of the repository which occurred yesterday.

Updating your package list with your package manager should solve the problem.
