The expression to the left of the equals sign is not a valid

Attached is a mod file. But I can not run this because the message is " Error: File: tech.m Line: 230 Column: 18 The expression to the left of the equals sign is not a valid target for an assignment. Error in dynare (line 180) evalin('base',fname) ;" So I can not understand for what reason such a simple model is so reluctant to solve. Need some help and insight. Thanks in advanced for cooperation.
