Initial values in simulations

I'm wondering if it is possible to choose the initial value of the variables with which dynare starts the simulations.
For example in a standard RBC model you need the value of k in t=0 in order to be able to solve the model, how is it possible to choose this value? Does Dynare uses a random seed for this?
