I just download version 4.13 and run some models with it. Below is an error message given by MATLAB:

Warning: File not found or permission denied

I don't the the issue with older versions of Dynare. Is it a bug or something.

I think this is a problem with your MATLAB installation. Probably a missing file or incorrect permission settings.
