the command'stoch_simul' is used to simulate impulse response function,is there some command in dynare that could also simulate variables(such as output,inflation...) in the model?

After you use stoch_simul, your simulated series will be in variables with the name you use in your model. For example, if "y" is output, plot(y) will graph the simulated series.
