Models with Heterogeneous Productivity (Melitz type model)

Hi,
I just finished reading the User's Guide of Dynare, which was a pleasure thanks to its author Tommaso Mancini Griffoli.
I am wondering if I can use Dynare for macroeconomic models with heterogeneity.
The specific model that I have in mind is the Melitz type of two-country general equilibrium international trade model with heterogeneous productivity of firms and endogenous selection.
The key reference would be:
"INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND MACROECONOMIC DYNAMICS WITH HETEROGENEOUS FIRMS," by Fabio Ghironi and Marc Melitz published in Quarterly Journal of Economics (2005), pp. 865-915.
It will be wonderful if there already exists a Dynare model file for this particular model and someone is willing to share it.
I will truly appreciate much if anyone can generously guide me about this.
Thanks!
Hyeok
