At least two things:

• the many warnings that you get about name conflict result from an incorrect MATLAB path configuration; clean your MATLAB path, and check out the Dynare manual for guidance
• MATLAB does not like hyphens in filenames. Rename your MOD file to "project_2.mod" (an underscore instead of a hyphen).

Then you will have an error about steady state computation, but I let that one up to you.
