Dear all,
I'm trying to estimate a large scale DSGE model using a Bayesian method and I would like to know if some can help me to plot my IRF under alternative monetary policy rules. In other words , I would like to save each result obtained under one monetary policy rule and compare them in the same figure.

run dynare, save the IRFs you want somewhere. Run dynare again with the new parameter values. load all the IRFs at once, use standard matlab plotting functions.
