Spurious Convergence and resid(1)

I am currently calibrating a model and I cannot figure out the problem with the convergence, I am using the commmand resid(1) as a guide but all equations have residuals close to cero, and i want to know if there´s a problem in the model equations that i´m not noticing, please help! The model is from "the effects of fiscal policy on output" by Furceri, D. and A. Mourougane. Thank you!
