The rank conditions ISN'T verified!"
Can anyone help me please?
Pd. attached is my modfile

Please search the forum for this issue, there are dozens of posts dealing with this issue. The most common answer is: There usually is one redundant equation, often due to Walras Law, and a corresponding missing equation.
Hence, check your model.

Your problem is that equations 29 and 57 are collinear. Hence, one of them is redundant and another equation is missing.
