Ask help for model solving

It is my first time to build a model.I can not understand some errors I met.
Could you help me find the problem? Thanks very much !

I changed the the initial value of Pe and Pv to 0.
new errors emerged,

??? Error using ==> print_info at 52
One of the eigenvalues is close to 0/0 (the absolute value of numerator
and denominator is smaller than 1e-6)

Error in ==> check at 51

Error in ==> imf at 284
