Hello,
Does anyone know whey sometimes i have the following error message:

Starting Dynare (version 4.1.0).
Starting preprocessing of the model file ...
ERROR: erpt.mod:614.15: syntax error, unexpected INT_NUMBER

??? Error using ==> dynare at 126
DYNARE: preprocessing failed

sometimes it runs, sometimes not.

Without the mod-file it's hard to tell. It might be a naming conflict with some Matlab function.
