The steadystate file did not compute the steady state

I am new on your forum, it is very impotant for me. I use dynare for the first time to run my model.
I have 'The steadystate file did not compute the steady state' error that i cant solve, read a lot of message on the forum but do not find the solution.
Can somone help me?
