Ramsey Policy and transition Function

Postby reduardo » Thu Jan 24, 2013 9:06 pm

Hi,

I'm using ramsey_policy command and I want to know how to interpret the policy and tansition function, especially the mult_i(-1) variable.
What it means???

Thanks!

The mult_i(-1) variable is a Lagrange multiplier. See http://www.dynare.org/summerschool/2012 ... day_mj.pdf for more theoretical background on this.
