Replicating Gertler Sala Trigari (2008)
Posted: Sun Mar 09, 2014 12:59 amDoes anyone have the mod file? I do not understand how to find H_bar which is needed in the log-lin model but never mentioned in the steady state calculations. Also gamma^p, which is in the log-lin model, is not listed among the parameters. How can I know its value?
