I am trying to find the likelihood and posterior that come out of the estimation process. Is there somewhere I can find these numbers?

You can manually load any *_mh*_blck*.mat file in the metropolis subfolder. The variable logpo2 contains the log-posterior for each draw. The likelihood is not available.
