Dear all,
I am having some problems in running these Dynare code to replicate the model of government spending in a monetary union in the US of Nakamura and Steinsson ('14). In the Regional_Capital_Market.mod there should be a problem with the specification of the initial values of the endogenous variables. Or a mistake in the calibration of the parameters of the model. In Firm_Specific_Capital.mod there must be some similar issue.
Please send me a hint about that!
