Mh replic advantage

What is the advantage of increasing the mh_replic in the estimation procedure?

You need to make sure that the MCMC draws a representative sample from the posterior distribution. Usually, that requires quite many draws. Use the convergence diagnostics to see whether you had sufficiently many.
