Hello,
I downloaded the Garcia-Cicco code for the paper "Real Business Cycles in Emerging Countries" from Johannes Pfeiffer's website. However, this error appears when I try to run the code WITHOUT changing anything in it:
"ERROR: GarciaCiccoetal2010.mod: line 324, cols 9-15: syntax error, unexpected NAME"
Can someone please help me?

As the preamble clearly states, you need the unstable version (Dynare 4.5), not 4.4.3
