Dear all,

I have estimated my DSGE model using two versions of Dynare, namely 4.4.3 and unstable version (2016-02-24). I set mh_jscale=0.2.

Dynare version 4.4.3 lead to an acceptance ratio of 0.30, while the unstable version lead to an acceptance ratio which equals to 0.04. What is the reason of such difference?

Hard to tell. There should be no obvious reason. Do you use the same mode?

Yes, I use mode_compute=4 in both cases.

I meant whether the same mode was found in both cases.
