Steady-states 0, Blanchard-Kahn conditions violated

Postby Jan » Tue Mar 15, 2016 12:45 pm

Hi everyone,

currently, I am working on my research. I have constructed a model, calibrated it and computed steady states according the calibrated values. I ran code, steady-states are computed to zeros (which is perfectly fine), however, Blanchard-Kahn conditions are violated stating that there is no stable equilibrium.

I do not know, what should I do. Can this problem be fixed somehow?

Thank you for helping me,

Jan

Search the forum. The most common reason is a timing problem.
