I wants to write a nonstationary model. I don't know what should I add to model block. Anyone know about the codes?

That depends very much on what your plan is with the model. One potentially relevant example is at https://github.com/DynareTeam/dynare/blob/master/doc/userguide/models/fs2000ns.mod
