I wanted to know if DYNARE includes a root search routine to check for indeterminacy of a linearized DSGE model.

Hi mc,
You just have to use the command check; after the declaration of the model. Dynare will print the eigenvalues of your linearized model. He will also compare the number of predetermined variables with the number of stable eigenvalues. Maybe you should look at the online documentation.
