How to reproduce shock decomposition graph with MATLAB?

Postby flyingpig » Wed Dec 12, 2012 2:34 pm

Hello!

I was trying to reproduce the historical shock decomposition graph with different style for bars (has to change to single color), the matrix
Code: Select all
oo_.shock_decomposition
is a three dimensional matrix, and there are N matrices stacked on the third dimension, N is the sample size. Could any one tell how to use these matrices redraw the graph??? Thanks!
