Blanchard Kahn Condition *Code*

Postby Krydos » Mon Jan 28, 2013 6:54 pm

Hi, I´m from Chile and I´m actually working in basic RBC Models on Dynare. To better understand I need to know how Dynare verify the BK condition but I can´t find the code what says how dynare does it. If the BK condition code doesn´t exist, How can I do a code what works in matlab?

Hope you can help me.

Best Regards

Bastián

English is not my native language, so, sorry for mistakes.

Basically, it uses something similar to Paul Klein's Schur decomposition (ies.fsv.cuni.cz/default/file/download/id/16036). Own coding can be found in solab.m of Paul Klein. Apart from that, George McCandless "ABC of RBCs" shows how such model's can be solved.
