Hello,

when running the attached files, I keep getting the following error message:

STEADY: numerical initial values or parameters incompatible with the following equations
Columns 1 through 9
2 3 4 8 9 10 11 12 13
Columns 10 through 18
14 15 16 17 20 21 22 23 30
Columns 19 through 27
32 34 35 37 38 39 40 42 45
Columns 28 through 36
46 47 48 49 50 51 52 53 57
Columns 37 through 45
58 59 68 73 78 79 80 82 83
Columns 46 through 54

Columns 55 through 62
94 95 96 97 98 99 100 101
Please check for example
i) if all parameters occurring in these equations are defined
ii) that no division by an endogenous variable initialized to 0 occurs

Error using print_info (line 57)
Impossible to find the steady state. Either the model
doesn't have a steady state, there are an infinity of
steady states, or the guess values are too far from the
solution
Error in steady (line 92)
print_info(info,options_.noprint);
Error in IRF_SA (line 681)
steady;
Error in dynare (line 120)
evalin('base',fname) ;

All the parameters are defined and none of the endogenous variables have a starting value of zero. As according the message, most of the equations give NaN, I guess that the problem might not be related to one incorrect parameter value, but there is some general issue here. Also, with 'hard coding' the same model (the same SS calculation and IRF file) is running, so the model itself is correct, something goes wrong when I link the SS and IRF files together.
Any idea?
Thank you!

All of them are zero, because you did not follow the Dynare conventions for external steady state files. Please use Dynare 4.4 and see the NK_baseline example on how to do it.
