Identification strength

Postby student23 » Tue May 12, 2015 8:46 am

Dear Dynare team,

I have a question concerning the Interpretation of identification alanysis graph in Dynare. Particularly, what does it mean when for some parameters both blue and yellow bars are in the negative range?
Dynare says that all paramters are identified.

Thanks a lot!

Please take a look at Pfeifer (2014): An Introduction to Graphs in Dynare at https://sites.google.com/site/pfeiferecon/dynare. Basically deviations from 0 show the identification strength. Only 0 would be a problem.
