URGENT CONCERN ABOUT GETTING SIMULATED SERIES WITH DYNARE

Postby kadman » Thu Nov 05, 2015 1:39 pm

Hello every body,

I am a dynare's new user and I am using it for solving and simulating a rational NK dynamic model (standard three equations). However, my concern is not to get the IRFs but just the simulated series of my outputs (i.e, the series of inflation, output gap and interest rate) using my own shocs series and just for 60 periods.

How can I get that?

I see in the Dynare forum that a matlab file named "simult_.m" is mentioned but I don't know how to get this file and how it works ?

Otherwise how to deal with my concern?

Thanks for your urgent reply!

The function is contained in the Dynare/matlab directory. See http://www.dynare.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=6916 for more on this.
