Partial information and endogenous variables

When do I use partial information tool I don't have simulation of endogenous variables? Is there a solution to this?

There must be a solution to this, but we have not implemented it. You might need to look into the original papers to do this yourself: http://www.dynare.org/DynareWiki/PartialInformation
The partial information code is more like a legacy feature that is hardly ever used.
