There is most probably either a timing mistake or a conceptual problem like http://www.dynare.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3564 in your model. Again, I would recommend starting with a simple version of the model that runs and then adding features.

I did not cite a paper, but a similar framework is used in my own paper "Terms of trade uncertainty and business cycle fluctuations".
