Solving a model with indeterminacy

Postby Ansgar » Fri Jan 16, 2009 7:45 pm

Dear all,
I would like to solve a model under a calibration yielding one stable eigenvalue to much and thus has multiple paths leading back to the steady state. Is it possible to solve an indeterminate model in Dynare and how should I go about it?
I am quite new to this area (I have never before worked with models with sunspots) and would strontly appreciate your help!
Very many thanks,
Ansgar

I need also to solve a model with indeterminacy.
To be precise I am working on a Neokeynesian model with a Taylor rule which might create indeterminacy in the model.
I am interested on knowing how to get a solution with sunspot, if possible.

Thanks in advance
