An estimation problem

Postby ecpia1 » Tue Aug 03, 2010 10:23 am

Hi,

I am trying to estimate a model. I keep getting the following message:

"??? Error using ==> feval
Undefined function or method 'rand_multivariate_normal' for input arguments
of type 'double'.

Error in ==> random_walk_metropolis_hastings_core at 83
Error in ==> random_walk_metropolis_hastings at 73
Error in ==> dynare_estimation_1 at 1050
Error in ==> dynare_estimation at 62
Error in ==> diffcalvomc at 4832
Error in ==> dynare at 132"

Any idea what it means and its fix?

Thank you.

It means that your Dynare path in Matlab is not set correctly.
