Hi all
Is there anyone (including Julliard) to help find steady state value in BGG(1998)?
I heard I need some code to find steady state value but I could not find it on website.
Since it has log normal distribution, it is impossible to calculate by pen.
Please post or send the code for it or let me know how to find it.
Any response will be truly appreciated.
