Coefficients of policy and transition functions

Postby kyri82 » Wed Mar 14, 2012 9:08 am

Hello all,
I have a question, maybe a very basic one. I have a model where capital is a predetermined variable and is treated accordingly. In the dynare output "policy and transition functions" the coefficients on k(-1), represents the coefficient on k(t) or k(t-1) if I were to write it down on a paper?
Thanks!
