About mode_compute=6

Postby flyingpig » Mon Apr 30, 2012 5:21 am

Hello,

I am very curious to know that why 'mode_compute=6' is so slow, but it seems quite stable, when other computational routines fail, this one will usually work, but why? What's the mechanism behind it? I check the Dynarewiki, but it is too concise to understand. Please anyone tell me, I am very curious to know this!! :?: :?: :?:

The reason is that it is not derivative-based as most other solvers. It rather works like a simulated annealing.
